First-Time Buyers Find Their Dream Home at The Maltings

George and Freya had been searching for months for their ideal home in a rural and peaceful location. They were living separately with family and wanted to start their new life together. They were impressed by the design and quality of our new homes and decided to visit the development. She also arranged for them to have regular viewings of their home throughout the build stages, so they could see the progress and the finish of their home. “Lucy has been amazing, she’s always there to answer our questions and update us on our home”, said Freya. George and Freya are now excitedly moving into their new home in Merton, a scenic village close to Dartmoor, the North Devon coast, and their loved ones. “We’re so excited to begin our new life together and can’t wait to welcome our friends and family to visit us at home!”, George said.
