Gilbert & Goode received Gold Standard in Customer Care for its second consecutive year.

Innovation Award 2023

Polgrean Place in St Blazey won the Innovation Award at the 2023 CESW Awards. The Polgrean Project involved the redevelopment of a former St Blazey housing estate, into a modern and sustainable community. Award Notes | Innovation is widely recognised as the critical factor for increased and sustained productivity and growth. It demonstrates an organisation’s confidence, capacity and appetite for improved performance and productivity gains.

Shortlist for Building Project of the year

2021 – LiveWest in St Stephen was shortlisted for Building Project of the Year at the CESW Awards.

2019 – Received a Silver Investors in People award for our training and retention of staff

SME of the year

2019 – Named SME of the Year in the 2019 South West Built Environment Awards and achieved a Silver Investors in People award.

Leadership & People Development Award

2015 – Winner of the Leadership & People Development Award the Southwest Built Environment Awards.

BREEAM Outstanding rating

2015 – Received BREEAM Outstanding rating for the Green Build Hub in Cornwall – Sustainable Trust’s new base at the Eden Project. The project provided a ‘living laboratory’ where eco-building products are installed, tested and monitored in a real building setting.

Sustainable Larger New Housing Project of the year

2013 – Prince Charles House in St Austell won Sustainable Larger New Housing Project of the year at the Sustainable Housing Awards. The conversion project created 31 extra-care apartments.

British Homes award

2012 - The conversion of Prince Charles House won a Sunday Times British Homes award in the Age-Restricted Development category.

BREEAM Outstanding predicated rating and Considerate Constructors Gold Award

2012 – Received BREEAM Outstanding predicated rating and Considerate Constructors Gold Award for the conversion of Prince Charles House. The project adopted the latest green technology and innovative design to set new standards for senior living accommodation.
