How we can help

Choosing a new home can be one of the most exciting and important decisions you may ever make. Our sales team are here to help you find the right development and the right home for you and your family and be on hand to answer any questions you may have.

 

Reserve your new home

Our Sales Executives will advise you on the information you will need to provide and help you to complete the reservation paperwork. They will discuss the specification and floorplans and style of your new home in detail. We are also able to recommend impartial, experienced independent advisors who are on hand to help you through the mortgage and legal conveyancing process. Once you have secured your new home you can look forward to making it your own!

 

Personalising your new home and meeting the site manager

Depending on the stage of construction, you may be able to personalise your new home with choices or options for upgraded finishes. Your Sales Executive will explain the different options available. The site manager will be on hand to go through any technical details with you and answer any questions about your new home.

 

Keeping you updated

We will provide you with regular updates on the build stage of your new home and keep you advised of the anticipated completion date so that you can plan ahead.

 

Exchange of contracts

When all the mortgage and legal paperwork associated with the purchase of your new home is finalised you are ready to exchange contracts and the countdown to completion can start!

 

Home Demonstration

We will arrange an appointment for a home demonstration before you complete on the purchase of your new home. We will show you around and demonstrate the key features on how to run your new home.

 

Completion and collecting your keys

It’s time to celebrate! The big day has arrived! Our Sales Executives are on hand to welcome you to your new home and handover your keys.

 

Customer Care

We are here to help – with a customer service team on hand to take your call and emergency support available out of normal business hours giving you peace of mind during your initial two year build warranty period.
