Part of our own build programme with Ocean Housing Limited, a brown field regeneration project in St Blazey over a number of phases including demolition and relocation of existing commercial facilities.
Working with registered housing provider Coastline Housing as main contractor to deliver 21 affordable homes in St Tudy. The 14 rental and 7 shared ownership homes comprised a mix of one and two-bedroom bungalows and two and three-bedroom houses. Scheme completed 2019.
Working with retirement specialist Blue Cedar Homes to construct 12 luxury retirement homes in Tavistock. Scheme completed 2019.
The 100% affordable scheme in St Stephen has seven homes for shared ownership and 17 for rent, including a mix of one-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses. Gilbert & Goode supported LiveWest, a leading housing association in the South West, as main contractor for the project. Scheme completed 2020.
Working with Cornwall Council as main contractor to deliver 14 affordable homes in Veryan under a traditional NEC build contract. The properties comprised a mix of one-bedroom flats and two and three-bedroom houses. Part of the same scheme, under a separate design contract, supporting the client team to deliver their vision and requirements. Scheme completion due July 2021.
