Regional developer, Gilbert & Goode has successfully secured its latest site acquisition in the Devon village of Merton, near Okehampton.
This is the companies second acquisition within Devon in the past 6 months and demonstrates the sustainable growth plans eastwards, underpinning G&Gs standing as a regional developer of choice.
The site will deliver a neighbourhood of 33 homes, creating a mixed tenure scheme which will include 6 affordable homes, and offer a collection of one, two, three and four-bedroom homes.
