Gilbert & Goode secures its second land purchase in as many weeks!

South West developer, Gilbert & Goode has successfully achieved its second site purchase within days of announcing their latest Devon acquisition.

Gilbert & Goode are thrilled to be adding St Erth to their ever-growing portfolio of development locations across Devon & Cornwall.

The site will create a neighbourhood of 38 homes, delivering a mixed tenure scheme which will include 10 affordable homes, and will offer a collection of two, three and four-bedroom homes.
