The first step is to speak to one of our Mortgage Advisers to find out how much you can borrow.
Find the development you like and then speak to one of our Sales Advisers to help you choose your plot.
You may have your own solicitor, or if preferred you can choose one from of our panel of recommended solicitors. Please contact our Sales Team to assist you.
Once you have reserved your plot and put down your reservation fee, no one else will be able to reserve it.
You may prefer to arrange your own mortgage, or we can put you in touch with one of our recommended mortgage advisers. If you plan to use Help to Buy, our Mortgage Advisers are specialists in this area and can assist in finding the best mortgage for you.
Your mortgage lender will organise a valuation and survey of your new home.
Once your solicitor has completed the legal work, you will be able to visit your new home. Once contracts are exchanged and you have paid your deposit, the purchase becomes legally binding.
We will take you around the property and show you how everything works. Once completion is finalised, you become the legal owner of your new home.
